Booking
How many people can play together?
Up to 8 players per session. Bigger groups take turns in back-to-back sessions, and we frequently host groups of more than 50.
Can we just walk in?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. Booking online is the easiest way to get the time you want.
How much does it cost?
Our booking site shows the live price for your date and time.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. You can buy a gift voucher online. See our Gift vouchers page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation, refund and late-arrival policies are on our Terms & waiver page.
Can we book the whole arena for our group?
Yes. Private hire has no minimum spend, and your sessions are booked out for your group. Ideally, book two weeks in advance.
Do you host birthdays and team events?
Yes. Email or call us and our team will help you plan it. See our Birthdays and Corporate & team building pages.

Where are you?
Level 3, The Galleria Al Maryah Island, Hamouda Bin Ali Al Dhaheri St.
What are your opening hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 10am to 10pm. Friday and Saturday, 10am to midnight. We can't take bookings outside The Galleria's opening hours.
How early should we arrive?
15 minutes before your session, so everyone is checked in and briefed on time.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Every player signs a short waiver when they check in. Players under 18 sign it together with a parent or guardian.
Can we bring food for a party?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own cake, food and decorations. Catering is also available, and we'll share the menu on request.
Can we get photos of our group?
Yes. A dedicated photographer and editor can be hired on request, for an additional fee.
Is there somewhere to leave my things?
Yes. Lockers are in the briefing rooms.
Playing
Do I need to have played VR before?
No. Our team runs a briefing before every session.
Is there a minimum age?
Each game has its own minimum age. You'll find it on the game's page and on our booking site.
How long is a game?
Most games run 15 or 30 minutes. Each game's page shows its session length.
What will I wear?
A VR headset with sharp graphics and surround sound. Most games also use a controller. No cables, wires or backpacks.
How big is the arena?
Abu Dhabi's largest free-roam VR arena (225 m²), so your whole team moves freely inside the game.
Which games can we play?
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine VR – Defenders of Avarax, Outbreak 2: Mall Mayhem, Haunted, Far Cry VR: Dive into Insanity, Undead Arena, Sol Raiders, Outbreak, Singularity and Engineerium. See our Games page for each one.
Which is your scariest experience?
Haunted is our scariest experience. If you would rather skip the scares, Engineerium has no combat and no jump scares.
What are the safety rules?
Pushing, shoving and rough play of any kind aren't allowed. Our full safety policy is on our Terms & waiver page.
