⁦IN ORDER TO PLAY OUR HEART-POUNDING, FREE-ROAM, VR GAMES HERE AT ZERO LATENCY ABU DHABI, ALL PLAYERS MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IN ADDITION, ALL OF OUR GUESTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER PRIOR TO STARTING A SESSION.⁩

⁦Every player signs a short safety waiver on our sign-in tablets when you check in.⁩

⁦Please note that every player on your team must agree to our terms and conditions and sign the waiver. If you’re in charge of the booking, please let everyone in your party know they will sign on our tablets when they check in.⁩

⁦Zero Latency Abu Dhabi cannot issue refunds in case of session cancellations. We only process refunds if a player suffers a medical condition that impeded their ability to play. In other valid cancellation cases, we will credit your session fee to your account. Cancellations are assessed and granted on a case-by-case basis.⁩

⁦If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to make it right.⁩

⁦If you would like to cancel your free-roam VR session, please note that your cancellation request can be placed up to two weeks prior to your scheduled session.⁩

⁦Cancellations can only occur at the discretion of Zero Latency Abu Dhabi. If cancellation is granted, the price of your tickets will be credited to your Zero Latency account.⁩

⁦Please note: Same-day cancellations will not be granted; the price of your session will be forfeited if you are unable to attend. If any issues arise at any point leading up to your session date, please contact us for assistance.⁩

⁦Don't miss your chance of having an awesome time; be on time. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session, so your teams can have enough time to check in, suit up, and learn the rules.⁩

⁦Our free-roam VR sessions are scheduled back-to-back. So if you or one of your team members arrives after the suit-up process, they will not be able to join the session.⁩

⁦Zero Latency Abu Dhabi will not process refunds or credit in punctuality-related cases.⁩

⁦We take our safety policies very seriously to ensure you have the best free-roam VR experience on the planet. Zero Latency will not tolerate pushing, shoving, or rough play of any kind. If you have any questions about our safety policies, please contact us.⁩

⁦Zero Latency Abu Dhabi encourages players with children to bring along someone to watch them when they are in session. Our staff members cannot hold the responsibility of your children's safety and care. Players with unattended children on the premises will unfortunately be unable to join the VR session. Also note that no refunds or space credit will be granted in this case.⁩

⁦Zero Latency Abu Dhabi is not responsible for any personal belongings that enter our free-roam VR facility. This includes anything left inside our lockers. All players assume all risks of theft, damage, loss, and/or other issues that may happen to their belongings. To prevent any security-related problems, we encourage players to leave their items in their car, at home, or with a friend.⁩
