How a family visit works

1. Choose a game that suits the youngest player's age (see the table below), then pick a date and time on the booking site.
2. Arrive 15 minutes before your session. We check you in, and bags go into the free lockers in the briefing room.
3. Waiver. Each player signs a waiver before playing, with a parent or guardian for minors.
4. Briefing and gear-up. Our team explains how the game works and fits each player's equipment.
5. Play. Up to 8 players step into the 225 m² arena together. You can add a POV video of your game when you book (paid add-on).

Prices start from AED 85 per player for a 15-minute game. The price depends on the game, and the booking site shows the live price for your date and time.

Age

Our general minimum age is 10+. Younger children are considered case by case, at staff discretion and with a parent or guardian. Several games have a higher minimum age (see the table above).

While others play

• Viewing window: the arena has a big viewing window, so family and friends can watch the players from outside.
• Reception area: the reception area outside can host food, soft drinks and board games while others play.
• Food: You're welcome to bring your own cake, food and decorations. Ask our team about any outside-food charges. Catering options are also available. Catering is served in our reception area, by the arena's viewing window. The menu is shared on request.
• Photos and video: A dedicated photographer and editor can be hired on request, for an additional fee.

Singularity (10+) is a 15-minute session. Engineerium is also 15 minutes and has no game-specific age, so our general venue rules apply.

Which games suit teenagers?

Undead Arena (competitive) and Haunted are 15-minute games for ages 13+. From 15+, Outbreak, Outbreak 2: Mall Mayhem and Space Marine VR are 30-minute sessions. Sol Raiders is 16+.

Can family members watch without playing?

Yes. The arena has a big viewing window, so family and friends can watch the players from outside, and the reception area outside can host food, soft drinks and board games while others play.
